WATER CLEANING CONCEPT

Polluted Water Cleaning by Waterneer

The Waterneer Concept, based on a Swedish patent, offers a mobile solution for cleaning polluted water bodies such as lakes and wells. This high-efficiency system requires no permanent construction. SWAME will train local staff for equipment operation.

Drinking and Sewage Water Cleaning by Vattenbyrån

The Vattenbyrån Concept provides consulting services for setting up drinking water and sewage treatment plants, including necessary infrastructure. Designed to serve up to 1 million people, the estimated cost is around 1.3 billion euros. SWAME will manage the consulting and leverage local labor for implementation.

SOLAR CONCEPT

Solar energy is a clean, sustainable, and cost-effective way to meet your power needs. By installing solar cells, you can produce your own electricity and reduce reliance on traditional power sources. Our dealers supply solar cells for homes, agriculture, and larger electricity consumers, with plant sizes ranging from a few hundred watts to several megawatts. These systems are designed for easy integration with the public grid.

We partner with suppliers who meet our high standards and offer generous guarantees at a reasonable cost. Our solar cells and inverters are proven technologies, ensuring efficient and long-lasting performance. Windon uses components and accessories from well-known manufacturers and OEM-manufactures Swedish solar cells, inverters, and scaffolding materials at our factory.

All our dealers are certified solar cell installers, guaranteeing professional installation and support. By choosing our solar solutions, you invest in a sustainable energy source and contribute to environmental conservation. Solar energy reduces greenhouse gas emissions, lowers electricity bills, and provides energy independence.

PROJECT FINANCING

If the client wants to invest in building e.g. house, he must ask for an investment loan in a bank against the BG. The loan will normally be only 80% of the value of the house (loan-to-value). The client must come up with a down payment in cash for the resting 20%. His problem: he doesn’t have it. We have a solution to this.

Our Financing Partner (FP) might help the client to get 100 % investment liquidity via the Funder procedure mentioned above. FP will arrange for a BG and arrange for an ordinary bank loan against this BG. FP and the client will sign a Bank Guarantee Contract and an Investment Contract.

If the client wants our help to get a loan according to this method, he must send us a short loan application including your CIS (Client Information Sheet) or KYC (Know Your Client) and a short summary of the project Business Plan (or similar project description). Then you will receive drafts of a BG Contract and an Investment Contract for reviewing and acceptance.

WTE Facility Design Basis for 100 GWh per year

This Standard WTE Concept describes a WTE Plant of the latest Swedish standard of function and size for production of electricity in Europe by using 600 tons of waste per day. Necessary land area would be at least 50,000 m2. The plant shall have access to construction electricity as well as water and sewage supply.

Preliminary design of a Waste-to-Energy facility to be used for selling 100 GWh electricity per year according to the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for a 30-year term.

Final design, terms and conditions will be made in discussions and agreement between the EPCM Contractor and the Local WTE Company. Depending on the feasibility study of the Project, the investment for such a plant with the latest technology would be around 200 million EUR.
